In a 20 + strong brigade covering Hartnett Holder & Co as well as the Courtyard, Room Service, Private Dining and Lounges, we want dedicated chefs looking to hone their skills and develop their careers - working under Luke Holder and Angela Hartnett.
Food & Beverage
When you are as passionate about food as we are there is only one thing that is just as important and that’s great service. With a friendly and dedicated team of Sommeliers, Restaurant Managers, Bar and Waiting Staff, Barristers, and Supervisors we are always happy to hear from new budding talent as well as the more experienced and knowledgeable professional.
Housekeeping & Engineering
The nerve centre of any operation and responsible for keeping our beautiful property in tip top condition we can offer both full and part time positions in a range of areas from Spa Attendants to Room Attendants.
Herb House Spa
Our spa requires experienced therapists competent in massage techniques, passionate about holistic therapy with a background of working in busy spa environments.
Our Raw & Cured bar requires team members capable of chatting to our spa members and guests, offering knowledge about our unique menu of delicious, natural and healthy food.
Qualified Personal Trainer? Specialist class instructor? Our state of the art facilities in idyllic settings and stunning views over the forest offers an inspiring working environment.
Often the first, and the lasting, impression to our guests our Front of House team are true multi-skilled hosts, and that is why we look for true hospitality professionals passionate about service, fully conversant in the English language with great personal presentation to deliver our signature laid back yet luxurious service whether behind the reception desk, over the phone, or at the front door.
Garden & Grounds Team
Set in 17 acres of stunning grounds in the middle of the New Forest National Park this is a horticulturalists paradise. If you would like to be involved in caring for and maintaining these stunning grounds then please get in touch.
