Culinary Programme
To get professional culinary secrets and advice straight from the man himself, we provide cooking demonstrations at the Kitchen Table with head chef, Luke Holder. There's also a Wild Forest Tasting Menu, a trip to the local Farmers' Market, a New Forest Hamper Gift or item of local produce on departure, and a Smoke House Tasting on offer.
Woodland Harmony
Savour your surroundings and let your mind and body unwind with a Yoga or Pilates course, heavenly beauty, health and spa treatments designed specifically to suit you and a whole host of recreational activities.
Off the beaten track and into the Forest
We offer guided cycle trips and hiking with a local New Forest Ranger who will be able to talk you through the birds, flora and fauna that you see. Their extensive local experience combined with specialist knowledge of the natural environment makes for an interesting, inspiring and informative excursion.
Artisan Appreciation
We will be putting on courses and lectures in arts and crafts which will combine visits to local galleries and museums. It's a wonderful way to be introduced to new areas of interest or perhaps re-visit and refresh something you've always loved doing. We are possibly going to hold workshops with guest experts providing an exciting and fascinating way to learn from a wealth of in depth knowledge.
New Forest Botanical
Being positioned in an area of outstanding natural beauty means that there is a lot to explore on our doorstep. This includes all things flora and fauna and our full day guided garden tour makes the most of this. Spend the day visiting exemplary gardens such as Exbury Gardens and Beaulieu, while the day finishes with a wild forest tasting dinner with a botanical expert guest speaker.
