Dining - Munching and Quaffing

We have strived to ensure that every element at Lime Wood achieves that elusive balance between high luxury and relaxed enjoyment, and our dining is no exception. This starts with our head chef, Luke Holder, whose appreciation of local produce and traditional menus is combined with an imaginative approach to designing dishes.

There is a choice of two restaurants; ‘The Dining Room', a glamorous fine-dining experience and ‘The Scullery' which is a more informal country house kitchen setting. Both offer menus that focus on local, organic produce and ‘forest food' from our doorstep; wild mushrooms, garlic, local venison and home-reared beef and lamb. Our food is hearty British fare at its best: delicious and homely but creative and reliably sourced.
