Signature Treatments:

Forest Escapes - a 30-minute consultation with a qualified therapist to establish the body type or ‘dosha’.  Once recognised, an Ayurvedic therapy is selected from the six choices – Peace, Harmonise, Cleanse, Revitalise, Release, or Ease - to suit the needs for that day, leaving guests with a grander, fuller vision of themselves.  A lifestyle sheet is given to take home

Forest Dream - includes a ‘dosha’ consultation, Samvahana (synchronized four hands massage), Mukhabhyanga (face massage), Shirodhara (forehead ‘third eye’ oil therapy), private steam room and lifestyle sheet to take home

Together in the Forest - a treatment for two includes relaxing and detoxifying in The Mud House, a ‘dosha’ consultation, an Ayurvedic Therapy tailored to suit the ‘dosha’, time in a private hot tub or steam room, and relaxation time with herbal tea and lifestyle advice

Joining Fee:  £250 (for both single and double memberships)

Single:  Monthly £150; Annual £1800

Double:  Monthly £250; Annual £3000

Herb House offers a lifetime promise on their existing members’ fees.  Provided the membership is uninterrupted, the fee payable will not change for the duration of the membership, despite the fact that new higher fees may be introduced for new members.

Child Policy

Applicable to all children under 18 years old

• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Children are permitted in the pool if they are children of hotel guests or if with a member on a guest pass
• Hotel guest’s children are allowed in the pool between 3.30pm – 5.00pm Monday – Friday and 9.00am-10.30am and 3.30pm-5.00pm Saturday & Sunday.  These times are subject to change
• Children under 18 are not allowed to use the other spa facilities such as the hydropool, whirlpool, gym, sauna and steam rooms due to health and safety
