There’s really no better place to spoil your Mum on Mother’s Day than at Lime Wood in the New Forest, the UK’s most sumptuous hotel.  Typically the dream team has thought of everything so book your table in The Dining Room now for your special Mother’s Day lunch and scoff on their special menu at a mere £37.50pp.  You’ll find it hard to choose but consider Lavender Cured Loin of Pork or Chicken Liver and Foie Gras Parfait to start with; Trio of Lamb, Courgette Gnocchi and Candied Tomatoes or Dover Sole for the main course; then Poire William Soufflé or Pecan Pie for pud.

 

If Mum’s been a particularly good girl treat her (and you) to one of the enticing treatments for two at Lime Wood’s new spa, Herb House, which flung open it’s oak doors on 15^th November ’10.  There’s a decent selection of treatments but the ones that we reckon will go down well with the old dear is the Mud House treatment for two, 45 minutes of fun and dirt in the spa’s Mud House, or try VOYA’S Wrap and Plunge which involves a seaweed anti-ageing wrap followed by a stint in the steam room after which you’ll enjoy a Detoxifying Body Wrap and Full Body Massage.

 

And of course, you could always book a room for the Saturday night.  Go on, spoil her.
