The Dining Room at Lime Wood
Understated style, guests love feeling comfortable wearing what they want and whatever makes them feel good, after all, it's the food that really matters....
The food is created by culinary genius Luke Holder and his team, all of whom are passionate about offering guests the ultimate in local or finest produce which is pretty much sourced solely from Hampshire or, if push comes to shove, slightly farther afield from the freshest source. Additionally Luke ardently believes in moving with the seasons which makes the resident forager an extremely valuable asset. Daily wild goodies are gathered in the forest and brought to Luke and his team who then effortlessly turn the days harvest into mouth watering dishes fit for the most discerning of palates. Think local Loin of Newhouse Game Estate Venison, beetroot, coffee and basil or smoked wild pigeon with juniper berry and charred courgette - it's wild, it's original and it hits the spot every time.
The Dining Room is open on Monday’s for dinner and Tuesday to Sunday for both lunch and dinner. Lunch starts at 12.30pm and finishes when you do and dinner starts at around 7pm until 10pm.
