The Scullery
Playing on the style of an 18th Century country house kitchen, the Scullery is an informal and simple but evocative setting, serving British comfort classics. A large central open fireplace is the focus of the room and is often used for roasting meat ‘a la ficelle' - a French technique of cooking meat over a fire to make it particularly flavoursome.
