Angela's Long Italian Lunch

Lunch is usually regarded as the most important meal in Italy – not much beats whiling away a few hours tucking into several courses of home-cooked delicious-ness with family and friends! Inspired by Angela’s love of cooking and preparing for her nearest and dearest, the class is hosted by Iain, our cookery school Chef using Angela’s recipes. Learn the techniques of crafting fresh pasta and sauces, seasonal risottos and Italian desserts in a course that delivers the oh so popular flavours of a “Long Italian Lunch!” We use the best ingredients and recipes will vary from different corners of Italy.
