Triple-time winner of Great British Menu at HH&Co
Richard Corrigan is undoubtedly the most established and well known Irish chef we have in the country. He has opened numerous restaurants, gained Michelin stars, is the author of two recipe books, cooked for the Queen and Barack Obama, and regularly makes appearances on radio and television; notably winning Great British Menu three times. Richard runs Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill off Piccadilly, Corrigan’s Mayfair (which is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year!), Dickies Bar, as well as Virginia Park Lodge in Co Cavan, Ireland… and now he is coming to HH&Co for one night only this autumn!
Richard has cooked all his life and he is a vehement supporter of British and Irish produce and small independent suppliers. Richard’s chefs only use wild game, wild sustainable fish, and produce such as butter, cheese and charcuterie is sourced from mostly from family run independent businesses in the Britain and Ireland. Bread is made in the restaurants bakeries and salmon is smoked on Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill rooftop; in short everything where possible is made from scratch in-house.
Richard’s media career is wide and varied. He was crowned winner of the Great British menu no less than three times. Richard also won the recent Great British Waste Menu special, airing to over 7 million on BBC 1 prime time and which culminated in a dinner at the House of Lords.
Taking his inspiration from the season and bringing what he does best to HH&Co his menu for the Pop Up and Workshop will celebrate wild game and the freshest wild fish.

If cooking is your thing, then why not experience what it really is to be in Richard's kitchens, with a day with him at HH&Co Backstage, the cookery school.
Our Guest Chefs will each lead a cookery workshop; a combination of demonstration and practical cooking held in our state-of-the-art cookery school kitchen, including lunch hosted by the Guest Chef.
