One of the UK's acclaimed food writers, Tom Parker-Bowles, and award-winning meat producer, Peter Hannan, took over HH&Co!

Few food writers enjoy eating with gusto quite as much as Tom does! Tom clearly knows his stuff; he’s an experienced cook and has read widely among the kitchen classics, giving him a seemingly encyclopaedic knowledge of food too.

Tom was joined by award-winning producer Peter Hannan of Hannan Meats, Northern Ireland. Peter’s meat is renowned in the industry as a serious cut above the rest! Hannan Meats, established in 1991, sources, produces and supplies to some of the finest restaurants, hotels and retailers in the UK and Ireland, including us here at Hartnett Holder & Co.

The menu celebrated the meatier side of things, with a selection of Peter’s unrivalled and celebrated meats all served in Tom’s uncomplicated and wholesome style.
