3 Day Residential Retreat


We look to nature for our inspiration. As the season of harvest and gratitude, this retreat has been designed to nurture, nourish and restore as we transition into autumn. Enjoy relaxing Bamford treatments, a guided Forest walk led by Lindsey from Dorset Forest Bathing, sound healing, seasonal fresh food and mind and movement classes, each devoted to relaxing, restoring and nurturing your well-being in a gentle holistic way, all while resting in the peaceful serenity of Lime Wood and the New Forest.

Autumn is a time of transformation after the abundance of summer when we should slow down, rest and regenerate, just as the natural world around us does. Led by expert trainers and practitioners from Herb House and Bamford.

Our Visiting Practitioners


Vikrant from Bamford

In addition to our own in-house team, we have called upon the specialist training of Vikrant Koli from Bamford, a fitness expert for fifteen years who’s passions include sound healing, Pilates, yoga, strength training and sports nutrition.

Vikrant will be leading one of the retreat’s group yoga classes and a powerful sound healing class – a form of meditation using sound as a medium to engage the mind; during the class vibrations are made that will match to the energy flow in our meridians which helps us to calm down, soothe and relax our body and takes our mind to a deep state of relaxation.


Dorset Forest Bathing

We are also joined by Lindsey from Dorset Forest Bathing who will be leading you on a Forest immersion – by guiding you through a series of mindfulness exercises, highlighting the science behind the emotional and physical benefits of being in nature and giving you time to explore in your own space, she hopes to help you reconnect with natural world in a meaningful way.
