Herb House Spa is our forest-facing wellness space in the heart of the New Forest near Lyndhurst, Hampshire. Designed to feel deeply connected to its surroundings, Herb House blends calming interiors, natural light, and views across the trees to create a true sense of escape.

Inside, you’ll find a 16-metre ozone-treated lap pool, indoor hydrotherapy pool with forest views, outdoor hot pool, sauna, steam room, and quiet relaxation spaces designed for switching off completely. There’s also a state-of-the-art gym overlooking the forest, The Hideout outdoor studio for movement and meditation, and a range of restorative treatments and therapies.

Raw & Cured, the spa’s food bar, serves nourishing seasonal dishes and fresh juices, while The Mud House offers restorative shared mud experiences inspired by ancient cleansing rituals.

We offer a range of Spa Days and Treatments at Herb House Spa. Treatments are available from 10am–8pm and can be booked by calling 023 8028 6998/9 or emailing reservations@herbhousespa.co.uk.

Herb House Spa is located at Lime Wood, just outside Lyndhurst in the New Forest National Park, Hampshire. We’re around a 90-minute drive from London, making it an easy countryside escape. The nearest train station is Brockenhurst, which is just a short drive from Herb House.
