Inspired of course by the King’s Coronation, our bar team at Lime Wood have created a refreshing cocktail, the perfect tipple to enjoy over the long weekend!

What you’ll need:

• 20ml The King’s Ginger
• 30ml Lillet
• 15ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon
• 10ml Teichenne Peach
• 10ml Homemade Honey Ginger Syrup
• 5ml Homemade Peach Puree
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• Dash of Foamer (A vegan alternative to egg white) or alternatively you can use one egg white

What to do:

Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (with no ice) to make the foam.

Then add in a handful of ice cubes and shake again.

Double-strain the drink and pour it into a glass of your choice and garnish with a lemon peel!
