Inspired of course by the King’s Coronation, our bar team at Lime Wood have created a refreshing cocktail, the perfect tipple to enjoy over the long weekend!
What you’ll need:
- 20ml The King’s Ginger
- 30ml Lillet
- 15ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon
- 10ml Teichenne Peach
- 10ml Homemade Honey Ginger Syrup
- 5ml Homemade Peach Puree
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Dash of Foamer (A vegan alternative to egg white) or alternatively you can use one egg white
What to do:
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (with no ice) to make the foam.
Then add in a handful of ice cubes and shake again.
Double-strain the drink and pour it into a glass of your choice and garnish with a lemon peel!
