Join our expert fitness team for a three-hour workshop exploring the benefits of strength training for women, with sessions available from 9:30am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-4:30pm. The experience includes an informative talk, practical workshops, and a Q&A, designed to build confidence and support long-term wellbeing. Each guest will also receive a personal training voucher to continue their journey.
