Just imagine escaping to a friend’s home for the ultimate kitchen table supper… intimate, low-key, and seriously good fun! At our Backstage Kitchen, you and your guests will enjoy an evening of seasonal, Italian-influenced dishes prepared right in front of you by our expert chefs.

Then throw in your favourite wines, a few of your best tunes in the background, and some great chat whilst our chefs prep and cook your menu for the evening. You are our guest, so you won’t be expected to do much more than stir a pot or two and enjoy a glass of something whilst doing it!

Each date is exclusively for one group of up to ten, so it’s just your nearest and dearest around the table, enjoying great food, conversation, and a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.

The ultimate kitchen table supper

Head down to the HH&Co Backstage Kitchen, where you and your guests will gather around our long kitchen table. The menu is truly something special... four courses of thoughtfully chosen, responsibly sourced, Italian-influenced dishes prepared right in front of you by your hosts for the evening.

Expect ingredients from some of our favourite small suppliers and artisan producers - those too small to supply the hotel on a larger scale - allowing us to create dishes designed exclusively for your table.

Intimate, low-key & seriously good fun

All dietary preferences are taken care of, and one of our team will be in touch beforehand to discuss them and ensure our Head Sommelier, Dan, has you sipping exactly what you fancy.

Our sommeliers will curate delicious wine pairings for each course, so rather than worrying about who draws the short straw, we suggest booking a taxi... or even better, make a night of it and drift upstairs to one of our seriously comfy bedrooms!

And because the kitchen is all yours, the party can carry on as long as you like… no need to lift a finger, and yes, you can even skip the washing up!

Join Luke Holder and the HH&Co team for a relaxed, hands-on evening. See the menu come together, taste along the way, and get involved if you like! It’s a lively, behind-the-scenes experience that’s as fun as it is delicious.

£2,500 for up to 10 guests, including a glass of fizz on arrival, a delicious four-course menu, and a thoughtfully curated wine pairing chosen by our sommeliers to accompany the evening. We are serving up the ultimate Christmas party with a Lime Wood twist, a five-course feast in our intimate Backstage kitchen hosted by HH&Co legend, Iain, our Development Chef.  You’ll choose between two delicious menus designed by Angela, Luke & Iain.

Meet the Chefs

Luke Holder

Luke has worked in some of London’s busiest and most exclusive kitchens, including Orrery, The Sloane Club, and the Oxo Tower on the South Bank.

He then spent a year in the Italian kitchen of Enoteca Pinchiorri, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Florence, Tuscany - this experience ultimately changed his philosophy on food forever and firmly placed his focus on cooking locally and seasonally, at the highest level.

Angela Hartnett

Angela is one of the UK’s most respected and loved chefs. She trained under Gordon Ramsay at Aubergine and then under Marcus Wareing, quickly rising to become Head Chef at Pétrus. Angela earned her first Michelin star in 2004, before launching Murano in Mayfair in 2008.

In 2012, she joined forces with Luke Holder to open Hartnett Holder & Co, followed by Cafe Murano, her relaxed brasserie-style concept, which expanded to three locations by 2019. In 2015, Angela brought her expertise to our sister hotel in the Alps, Portetta in Courchevel, where she oversees the kitchen of Cucina Angelina.
