Our creative team of chefs create everything from scratch using fresh, wholesome, and local produce – some very close to home! The two smoothies below actually include our beautiful mint and lavender that you might be able to spot in the Herb House roof garden the next time you visit us.


Blueberries are considered a super food; they are an excellent source of vitamin C and contain good amounts of soluble fibre which helps keep the digestive system happy.
