Smoothies can be a great way to incorporate more healthy foods into your diet – perfect to kick start your day or as an afternoon snack, and drinking a colourful array of ingredients can provide you with lots of essential vitamins, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants.
Our creative team of chefs create everything from scratch using fresh, wholesome, and local produce – some very close to home! The two smoothies below actually include our beautiful mint and lavender that you might be able to spot in the Herb House roof garden the next time you visit us.


Blueberries are considered a super food; they are an excellent source of vitamin C and contain good amounts of soluble fibre which helps keep the digestive system happy.
