Linger, pause, savour and make the most of the outdoors
We are looking forward to hosting the first savour retreat from author Alice Vincent, inspired by her newsletter, savour. Each week Alice’s writing encourages thousands of people to pause and appreciate the delicious things in life.
The re-balancing retreat will focus on savouring the big and small elements of living, as Alice leads guests on mindful walks through the forest, foraging with Sammie Longhorn for seasonal supper ingredients and taking time to share, savour and reflect. Alice will be leading a workshop to encourage guests to harness their creativity and live more consciously. Sound healing, morning swims and plenty of good conversation will make this a meaningful getaway.
Alice’s retreat is all about making the most of Lime Wood’s surroundings, slowing down and savouring the beautiful forest landscape. Finally, delicious seasonal feasting will be on offer with menus specially designed by Chef Director Luke Holder, in collaboration with Alice.
