All payment transactions are handled by a third party payment gateway Credit Call, whose secure transaction processing environment exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any credit cards details on our own website and any cardholder data is secured by using a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms.
Lime Wood will process your refund and credit the card you used for your booking within 24 hours of the request. Once that has happened, your bank will take care of the rest but please note that depending on the bank it may take them up to 7 working days to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to then show on your statement - unfortunately we have no control over this .
With Coronavirus (COVID-19) continuing to impact our teams are handling an unprecedented number of requests.If you have requested a refund for a pre-paid stay this means refunds may take a bit longer than normal and could take up to 30 days to process.

Room Deposits / Cancellation Policy
A deposit for the first night’s stay (for every booked room) is required to be paid before the booking is confirmed.
Hotel bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 72hrs prior to arrival with no charge, however rates may differ between dates if your booking is transferred.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 72hrs of arrival due to COVID-19, we can cancel your booking or transfer your booking to another suitable date with no charge, however rates may differ between dates.
Any cancellations or amendments within 72hrs of arrival that are not as a direct result of COVID-19 , will result in our retaining the charge for the first night of your stay.
If we are forced to close a hotel/hotels due to COVID-19, bookings will be transferred to a later date or cancelled at no charge.
Certain dates may have an exception to our usual deposit/cancellation policy, this will be communicated to you when booking
If you have a booking in November 2020 we want to reassure you that we will take all the necessary steps to help you rearrange your stay. We would really appreciate it if you let us get in touch with you rather than calling us at this time, as our teams are flat out trying to help everyone with their plans.
You will have the option to move your booking to a new date, transfer your deposit to a Gift Voucher that will be valid for 24 months, or receive a full refund. Opting for a Gift Voucher or to move your booking would be enormously helpful and we would be hugely grateful if you choose to do this/take this course.
If you have a restaurant booking during November 2020 this will be cancelled. We are very sorry not to see you on this occasion but will look forward to welcoming you when we re-open.
Table Booking/Cancellation Policy
Please note that the time you have booked is when we need you to be sat at the table. If you are running late please contact us and let us know to avoid cancellation of your booking. If you need to cancel we would like 72 hours notice by calling +44 23 8028 7177

HH&Co. Backstage Cookery School Booking/Cancellation Policy
All the things we love about the cookery school, cooking and eating together as group in this intimate cellar space do not sit in line with current guidelines, so the cookery school will remain closed until further notice.
Those attending a cookery class with HH&Co Backstage must be aged 18 years and over, with the exception of our Little Nippers classes.
If you haven’t noted any allergies or dietary requirements then please do let us know as soon as possible. Please kindly note that we are unable to adapt any recipes or ingredients used during the class, but we can of course aim to cater for any dietaries for refreshments provided.
If you are unable to attend we do advise that you contact us at least 14 days prior to your course date for a full refund, after 14 days courses are non-refundable but are transferrable up to 72 hours before the course date.
You will be cooking on Panasonic's latest induction hob technology whilst in the HH&Co Backstage kitchen! It is recommended that people with pace makers should not work on these units. If you are concerned or would like to check whether or not you will be using them in your chosen course please give us a call.

Herb House Spa
As much as we would love to open the Herb House Spa, the Government has not yet released any guidelines or policies on the safe re-opening and running of spa facilities, so the current plan is the Herb House Spa and Raw & Cured will remain closed until further notice. We will be reviewing any information as it is released and will keep you updated as we know more.
- Spa Days: Those attending any of our Spa Days must be aged 18 years and over
- Treatments: Those having treatments must be aged 18 years and over with the exception of those listed below:
- Bamford De-Stress massage: Available to those aged 16 years and over, subject to consent
- Mini Facial or back neck and shoulder massage: Available to those aged 15 years and over, subject to consent
- Mini Manicure or mini pedicure: Available to those aged 14 years and over, subject to consent
Unfortunately we do not offer any treatments for those aged 14 years and under at this time.
PREGNANCY AND POST-NATAL
It is vital that mothers-to-be advise us when making any treatments bookings so that we can advise which treatments we can offer you during the different stages of your pregnancy. If anything changes in between you making your booking and time of treatment, please contact us so we can make the appropriate changes to your treatment for you.
Please note if you are in your first trimester (under 12 weeks) we will only be able to offer you a manicure or pedicure.
Herb House Spa/ Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a spa treatment please note no payment has been taken you will need to pay on departure. Should you need to cancel or amend your treatment please contact us on 023 8028 7177 at least 24 hours prior to your booking. If you have any medical conditions or allergies, had recent surgery or pregnant please call the spa to complete your booking. We are always happy to help find the right treatment for you. We reserve the right to refuse treatment on the day if this information has not been disclosed at the time of booking. For all hands and feet appointments, Gel, Shellac or acrylic nails must be removed before your appointment.
