Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie
This green goddess of a smoothie supports digestion, is good source of potassium, restores energy and a natural isotonic.
What You Need…
200ml Coconut Water
3 Medjool Dates (stoned)
1/2 Ripe Banana
2 Sprigs of Coriander (stalks included)
A Handful of Spinach
What You Do…
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve over ice!
A smoothie full of antioxidants, blueberries are considered a superfood being high in potassium and Vitamin C. Maca powder is said to boost energy and endurance and also is known to improve your mood, the perfect smoothie before a workout, going on a run or trying to keep the kids entertained all day!
What you need...
A handful of Blueberries
200ml Coconut Water - or enough to give it the thickness you like!
What You Do…
Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. Add some ice to serve!
