Guest Passes

From 1st February 2026, we are making a couple of changes to guest passes.

From this date onwards, members entitled to complimentary guest passes will be able to book their guests to use the club without needing to accompany guests on the day. As previously, the maximum group size for members and guests is 4 people, and guests to the Spa must be booked in advance, subject to availability. We expect that your guests behave in a responsible manner and abide by the Herb House regulations and etiquette at all times. Please note that no membership discounts will apply if guests are unaccompanied, so guests will be required to pay in full for their food & beverage consumed on the day.

From 1st February, purchased guest passes will be priced at £95 for a full day or £50 from 4pm onwards. There are no restrictions on the number of guest passes you can buy each year, however passes would need to be purchased individually at the time of booking. All purchased guest passes will still require members to attend with their guests at all times.

Members' Drop In Coffee Chats

Our 2026 Members’ drop-in coffee chats will take place quarterly, each combined with a talk from one of our Curated brands. These sessions are a great opportunity to meet the team in person, connect with fellow members, and enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea.

Our first 2026 session will take place on Wednesday 25th February, from 10.30am to 1pm in The Drawing Room, with Sam & Justin, Fitness Manager. The morning will begin with a talk from Fleur of Blooming Blends from 10.30am to 11.30am. This will be followed by members' coffee chats from 11:30am until 1pm - an opportunity for members to meet other members, chat over coffee and biscuits and get to know our team better. We would welcome any questions you may have about the facilities, however if you did wish to discuss the recent rate change, please book in a private meeting with Tammy or Sam via reception, as this will not be a topic for discussion at this meeting.

To attend, please book your place via the Technogym app for either or both parts of the session.

Back-to-Back classes

Our back-to-back classes are scheduled to accommodate as many members as possible, allowing everyone the opportunity to enjoy our most popular classes.

As a courtesy to other members, we kindly request that members do not book onto two of the same class on the same day in advance. If, on the day, there is a last-minute space in the second class, you are welcome to add yourself via our reception team.

Our Duty Managers do their best to monitor duplicate bookings and will contact members who are booked onto more than one class.

 

Little Nippers Swimming

A gentle reminder that our Little Nippers swim sessions are available exclusively for members and their children or grandchildren. Please book your sessions via the Technogym app and register your Little Nippers in advance of their first swim by emailing membership@herbhousespa.co.uk.

We’re unable to accommodate any additional children who haven’t been registered. If additional adults would like to join the session, they are welcome to do so by booking a guest pass for the day to access the facilities. Alternatively, they’re very welcome to relax with a coffee and watch from Raw & Cured without a guest pass. Using the Sauna & Steam Room Safely

For health & safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from using personal oils, ointments, or other products in the sauna or steam room. These can affect the safe operation of the equipment and may affect guests who suffer with allergies and intolerances. We also ask that no equipment within these areas is adjusted or tampered with.
