About Ground Wellbeing
Founder Peigin has spent over 20 years crafting distinctive and transformative wellness products and treatments.
Having experienced the devasting impacts of stress, burnout, loss of identity and disconnection from the natural world, founder Peigin embarked on a journey to create unique products and at-home rituals that could be easily incorporated into a daily self-care routine. All of the products are handmade in small batches in Cork, Ireland, using vegan ingredients; organic where possible, and are blended with sincere intention to soothe the soul.
Born at her kitchen table in 2020, Peigin’s true passion lies in developing spa treatments and wellness products, with the aim of making self-care accessible to all. Crafting holistic rituals that are anchored in gentle breathwork, hands-on rhythmical pressures and techniques, lymphatic drainage, and the compelling powers of aromatherapy oils. All of these elements combine to create a mindful surrender, a moment to be truly present yet deeply relaxed, with the sincere intention to return to source.
