A Day of Calm: Bespoke Spa Days at Herb House
Discover how a Bespoke Spa Day at Herb House combines forest surroundings, holistic treatments and nourishing food for a restorative escape in the heart of the New Forest
We’re delighted to welcome Ritual Cacao to Curated, a thoughtfully sourced collection created by Rebekah Shaman, a long-standing practitioner of plant medicine and an advocate for living in closer connection with nature.
Rebekah’s journey began in Peru, where a life-changing moment set her on a path of working with indigenous teachers in the Amazon for over thirty years. It was here, and later in Mexico, that she was guided towards cacao, not simply as an ingredient, but as a deeply rooted, ceremonial plant traditionally used to support clarity, balance, and wellbeing.

Founded in 2018, Ritual Cacao works directly with small-scale farmers in Ecuador’s Chocó Andino, sourcing heirloom, single-origin cacao. Organically grown, non-GMO, and free from herbicides, pesticides, and heavy metals, this careful approach is what gives the cacao its remarkable quality.
Now available at Curated, the collection includes ceremonial-grade cacao in a variety of forms, from crumbles and bullion bars to whole pods, alongside handmade ceramic cups designed for slow, intentional moments. We are also pleased to stock Rebekah’s books, The Shaman’s Last Apprentice and Beyond Illusion, which offer a deeper insight into her work and philosophy.
Whether you’re already familiar with cacao or simply curious, this is an invitation to explore something grounding, considered, and quietly restorative: a small ritual, rooted in nature, to take home.
