English Wine Week celebrates the best of wines we have to offer in the UK, we are proud at Lime Wood to support English Wine Week and have worked closely with local vineyards for many years, working with closely with Hambledon whose wine features in the cocktail for around 7 years!
Established in 1952, Hambledon Vineyard is a British, family-run winery and the oldest commercial vineyard in England. They grow their grapes in the Hampshire village of Hambledon, where the finest chalk soil and cool climate make the most exceptional terroir for creating world-class sparkling wines!

Add cubed ice into a wine glass, then add 50 ml of the Dolce Vita Aperitivo, 150ml of the Hambledon Classic Cuvée and give it a little stir and top with light med tonic.
Finally, garnish with fresh rosemary and a slice of orange.
