Rick Stein OBE has been in the business for years and is showing no signs of stopping; with restaurants, a pub, a cookery school, over 20 cookery books and over 30 cookery programmes under his belt, it is fair to say Rick knows a thing or two about great food!

Rick is best known for a love of fresh seafood and made his name in the 90’s with his earliest books and television series based on his life as chef and owner of The Seafood Restaurant in the fishing port of Padstow on the North Coast of Cornwall. As he said at the time “nothing is more exhilarating than fresh fish simply cooked”….we couldn’t agree more.

Rick will be bringing the Cornish coast…and hopefully the microclimate…to Hartnett Holder & Co for one night only this Winter.
