Fully opening glass doors let in fresh forest air and blur the boundary between inside and out. Our Roof Garden is the perfect suntrap, with loungers for soaking up rays post-treatment or sipping a fresh smoothie from Raw & Cured.
Inside, the steam rooms, hydrotherapy pool, and tranquil treatment spaces offer a cool, restorative counterbalance to long days in the sun. HH&Co in summer
Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder's HH&Co, was made for summer. Italian-inspired, seasonally led, and always more about the joy of eating together than formality. In summer, tables spill outside onto the terrace, plates are piled high with the best of the season, and nobody's in a hurry to be anywhere else.
Long lunches stretch easily into the afternoon, while dinner lingers long into the lighter evenings. The wine list is dangerously good, the atmosphere effortlessly relaxed, and somehow one glass quietly turns into three.
