Seaweed has been valued for centuries for its remarkable concentration of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Naturally rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and K, it helps to support hydration, improve skin tone and texture, and promote a healthy, radiant complexion. Different varieties of seaweed offer unique benefits, from boosting moisture levels and supporting collagen production to brightening and revitalising the skin. When used in bathing rituals, seaweed releases nourishing minerals and natural oils into the water, helping to soothe tired muscles, encourage detoxification and leave skin and hair feeling replenished, while its natural iodine content supports overall wellbeing.

Following a cleanse and exfoliation, a mineral-rich seaweed mask soothes and replenishes the skin, while a relaxing foot massage and sculpting facial massage leaves the complexion feeling refreshed, plump and glowing.
