Check-in is from 4pm. If you arrive early, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and relax in the house, grounds or spa while we prepare your room.

Check-out is by 11.30am. While we ask that you vacate your room by then, you’re very welcome to linger a little longer and make the most of your time with us.

Yes – dogs are welcome to join you in selected Rooms, Lodges, Cottages and Cabins for £30 per stay. We’ll provide a cosy bed and bowls to make them feel at home. Unless stated otherwise as part of a special offer, our room rates at Lime Wood are room‑only and include VAT. Breakfast is available to residents in the Scullery, where you can choose from a freshly prepared grazing table or a cooked menu. Prices start from £21 for a Continental breakfast and £28 for a full English.

Yes, we have four electric vehicle charging points located in our car park, available for all electric vehicles. These are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are powered by the Monta platform, with usage charges starting from £0.72 per kWh. Cables are available for most makes and models, though you're welcome to bring your own if preferred.

Yes, Lime Wood is very happy to welcome families. We have a number of family-friendly rooms and suites, including our charming Forest Cottages and Cabin. Our Reservations team will be happy to advise on the best options for your family and match you with the most suitable room layout and location. We can also provide a range of baby and child items such as cots, high chairs and bottle warmers on request.

These are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are powered by the Monta platform, with usage charges starting from £0.72 per kWh.
