COOKERY WORKSHOP: THURSDAY 25th april 2019 

On a very exclusive Pop Up evening, our very own Angela will be taking to floor, accompanied by another female who is passionate about her craft, Caroline Latrive, Champagne Ayala’s cellar master.

Our Chef friends have been taking over the HH&Co kitchen for a couple of years now, so we thought that it was about time that you got a taste of what has led our very own Angela to become one of the UK’s most loved chefs and restaurateurs! Known for her sophisticated yet simple, Italy-inspired cooking and her passion for good, honest food, she, along with Luke, has been bringing a little taste of the Med to the New Forest for over 6 years now!

In this one-off Pop Up Angela will be hosting and cooking up a menu of her absolute classics, each course to be paired with a seriously special glass of Champagne Ayala.

Champagne Ayala is one of the longest-established Champagne Houses; it has been based in Aý, at the heart of the Grand Crú vineyards, since it was founded over 150 years ago.  Independent and owned by the Bollinger family, it is the archetype of a great and historic House, producing top quality wines which are enjoyed throughout the world for their freshness and elegance.

Caroline has been overseeing the wine-making at Ayala for 12 years, having worked in a number of houses including Charles Heidsieck, Champagne Louis Roederer, Champagne Palmer and Champagne Bollinger, and studying a masters in Champagne wines oenology.

After a brief introduction from Angela, Caroline will talk through the wines for the evening.

Details

Tickets are £125 per person, which includes a 4 course dinner, each course paired with a glass of Champagne Ayala.

7:15pm arrival, with a 7:30pm service start. 

  • Tables will be in Hartnett Holder & Co and will be family-style sharing tables
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
